Everything in the circle I consider European. So all the EU countries and other independent states, but not Turkey for example. For Russia: the Western part is definitely European, but as everyone knows Russia in itself is a subcontinent called Eurasia. So not the whole of Russia is European. Maybe the part until Moscow? I don't know.

forgott to answer, i love russia, russia is not europian. russia should go their own way and stop trying to be friends with europe or asia, both are culutraly and mentaly waaay different.
